Purpose

Protecting the Human rights, promoting fair employment conditions, safe working conditions, responsible management of environmental issues and high ethical standard, the code of conduct shall be applicable in the production, supply and support of product and services.

In addition to compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and standards of Indian Republic .The Paramount Company and employees shall comply with the code of conduct even if it stipulates a higher standard than required by national laws or regulations.

Paramount company allows access of their premises to all its customers to verify the compliance of code of conduct.

Paramount company supports the United Nations Global Compact initiative. In order to make the commitment clear to employees, contractors, suppliers, and customers. The code of conduct based on the global compact’s (ten) principles and shall be publicly available.

We the ISO 2001 certifieed company always respect and stand in support of internationally proclaimed human rights. We make sure that we are never complicity in human rights contradiction.



Standard of Labour

Labour Status

All employees are free to form a union and take part in the out side Organization, which is, involved in the welfare activities of employees as for as any relevant law allows.


Bonded And Forced Labour

There is no bonded and forced labor in our company and all employees are free to quite their employment on the applicable notice basis within the existing law in the state. We are never in favor of any kind of money deposit by the employee in terms of employment.


Child Labour

We never engaged the person who is under age for the employment (below The legal age of employment) that is 18 years as defined in Article 1 of the united Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. . Minimum age for employment is the age of Completion of compulsory schooling. As set out on Article 2.4 in the ILO Convention No.138 On Minimum age.


Employment Conditions

Employment condition in the company regarding pay and terms are fair and reasonable, our employees understand it. The companies complies with the existing minimum wages act of the state .The working hours also framed according to the existing law and are not excessive.


Discrimination

There is no discrimination in the company .All the employees are treated With dignity and given due respect. Physical punishments, abuses, unlawful harassment and any Other type of intimidation is also prohibited. All type of discrimination, eliminated which based on such as race ,color, cast,age, sex, marital status, parental status, political opinion, Nationality, ethnic back ground, pregnancy, social origin, social status, disability, union Membership and any other characteristic protected by local law.


Equal pay to the employees who are with same qualification, experience and performance In respect to the work with their relevant comparators


Working Condition

There is a healthy and safe working environment maintained in the Company. With international standards and national laws. Information related to health and safety being provided to the employees.( safety include- marking of exits and emergency exits regularly tested alarm and evacuation drills, first aid uipment,safe and correct handling marking and Labeling of chemicals, machinery and work process.


The work place has tolerable temperature and noise level, sufficient ventilation and lighting, Clean and hygienic toilets. Facilities, drinking water.


Environment

Bounded resources are being used responsibly and carefully. Always promoting the operational activities, which reduces the any environmental burden. Company is always in support of innovative development in product and services which provide environment and social benefits. The company is non polluting company and gets itself audited time to time based on state laws.


Anti Corruption

There is no place for extortion and bribery including any kind of offer For payments to or from employees, vendors supplier and distributors or other organizations.
